Annika Zawadzki

Annika Zawadzki is a Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Cologne and a core member of the Industrial Goods and Public Sector practices. She advises companies globally in the defense sector, as well as operators of critical infrastructure and industrial companies, on strategic topics ranging from market entry and expansion to program management and transformation. A particular focus of her work is on strengthening resilience and performance in security-critical contexts, especially at the intersection of defense, the public sector, and infrastructure. She also leads BCG’s work on physical resilience, helping organizations enhance the robustness and protection of critical systems and infrastructure.
