Clara Silvestri is Chief Transformation Officer at Allianz Partners. In her role Clara leads the organization’s AI ambition— bringing innovation from vision to value by scaling automation, agentic AI, and personal productivity across all products and business segments, while ensuring trust, security, and data privacy remain foundational.

With over 25 years of senior leadership and extensive finance experience in multinational companies, Clara has held key roles at Microsoft, PwC, Oracle, and General Electric. At Microsoft, she has leveraged industry-leading technology to drive productivity gains and enhance business performance, playing a pivotal role in digital transformation. Clara has successfully led large international teams throughout her career, demonstrating a strong track record of empowering people and fostering collaboration to achieve the company vision. Clara holds a degree in Finance and Business Administration from University of Rome “La Sapienza”.
