Claudia Pohlink

Claudia Pohlink has over 20 years of professional experience in data science, artificial intelligence, and innovation management. As Chief Data Officer at FIEGE Logistik, she is primarily responsible for data and AI initiatives. Until summer 2024, she led the Data Intelligence Center at Deutsche Bahn and was responsible for the group’s data and AI strategy. Prior to that, she led the machine learning team at T-Labs, Deutsche Telekom’s research unit. In addition, Claudia Pohlink is an angel investor. She is a speaker and author and is committed to educating children and young people in the field of data and AI. Claudia has received numerous awards: in 2019 as a “Global Women Leader in AI,” “40 over 40 – Germany’s Most Inspiring Women 2022,” as one of the “30 Outstanding Women in Data – 2023 Global Recognition,” and most recently with the ILD Leadership Award 2025 in the “Inspiring Leader” category.
