Dirk Häußermann is Managing Director of SAP Deutschland SE & Co. KG, responsible for sales, operations, and the strategic development of SAP’s business in Germany.
Earlier in his career, Häußermann held senior sales leadership roles at IBM; then served as executive board member and COO at Heiler Software AG. Following Heiler’s acquisition by Informatica, he became managing director for the DACH region and led the successful integration.
Häußermann later joined SAP, where he led the Platform & Technology organization for Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) as Senior Vice President. He subsequently served as co‑CEO of ATOSS Software SE, focusing on international expansion, the midmarket, and marketing.
After returning to SAP, he has held several leadership roles in MEE, most recently overseeing the region’s Business Suite business.
Häußermann holds a degree in Business Informatics from VWA Stuttgart.
