Heike Freund is the Chief Operating Officer of Marvel Fusion, where she focuses her energy on building and scaling the company, professionalizing processes and forming partnerships with industrial partners.
Prior to joining Marvel Fusion, Heike was a Partner at McKinsey & Company and core member of the Operations Leadership team of McKinsey, where she focused on projects in the automotive, machinery and high-tech industry.
Heike has 15+ years of experience in leading global industrialization projects. Heike holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe.
