Henrik van Bruggen is global head of Tech Strategy & Enterprise Architecture at ING. Reporting to the CTO, he leads the definition and evolution of ING’s technology strategy and architecture, enabling reliability, innovation, and sustainable growth at scale.

With deep experience in global platforms and enterprise architecture, Henrik previously led ING’s Banking Technology Platform, accelerating the delivery of impactful customer propositions. He combines a strong technology mindset with a clear business perspective, always focused on long‑term value creation.
