Jan Leisse is the CEO and co-founder of eleQtron GmbH, Germany’s first quantum computer manufacturer. Since December 2020, he has been passionately pursuing the company’s vision and working to advance Germany’s and Europe’s technological sovereignty in quantum computing.
Previously, he successfully led Albrecht Bäumer GmbH, a global leader in the foam industry. There, he comprehensively restructured the company and implemented a values-based management strategy.
As an experienced management consultant, he has contributed to the development and transformation of numerous companies. His expertise in corporate development, agile management, and maximizing potential are his hallmarks.
