Mats has an MSc. from Industrial Engineering at LiTH and over 25 years of experience from the ICT industry with leading positions in Digital, Compaq, IBM and Ericsson. He has always been a transformation driver; from the move from product to services business model, from local to global and the digital revolution. He also has eight years of experience in India as manager of offshore operations leading globalization and hyper growth, and a part of recruiting over 50,000 employees.
