Rupprecht Podszun

Rupprecht Podszun holds the chair for civil law and competition law at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. He is a member of the German Monopolies Commission, and was a co-chairman of the German government's commission on competition and AI. Before entering academia he worked as a case handler at the German competition agency Bundeskartellamt. He frequently advises governments and parliaments on issues of competition and digital regulation. He is the Principal Investigator of the research project Shaping Competition in the Digital Age (www.scidaproject.com).
