Sabine Herlitschka

Sabine Herlitschka has been CEO of Infineon Technologies Austria AG since April 2014. Under her leadership, Infineon Austria has significantly expanded its role as a key hub within Infineon’s global network, particularly in the development of power semiconductors and microelectronics for energy efficiency, mobility, and secure digitalization. After holding positions in Austria, the United States, and at international research institutions, she has been working for many years at the intersection of the high-tech industry, research policy, innovation and global value chains. In addition, Herlitschka is active in international committees promoting technological sovereignty, sustainable industrial development, and a strong Europe as a hub for innovation.
