Panel: AI Agents on the Loose: Preparing for the Age of Autonomous Enterprise
Dr. Sabine Klauke is a dynamic executive with an outstanding career in the aerospace industry. Her professional path is marked by a deep commitment to digital transformation and sustainable innovation. After serving from 2021 to 2025 as Group Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering for the Commercial Aircraft division, she has led the Digital Design, Manufacturing and Services organization as EVP since July 2025. In this key role, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the digital end‑to‑end value chain across all Airbus divisions—an essential enabler for future‑proofing the company and delivering next‑generation programs.
Since joining Airbus in 2002, Sabine Klauke has held a variety of leadership positions and has made significant contributions to major programs such as the A380 and the A350. Her career has included operational leadership roles in manufacturing, customer services, program management, and engineering.
In strategic transformation initiatives, she has demonstrated extensive expertise in successfully bringing together diverse technical and business perspectives.
She began her career at DELMIA, where she played a central role in the digitalization of production planning processes for the international automotive and aerospace industries.
Sabine Klauke holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in production engineering from TU Dresden and is a graduate of INSA Hauts-de-France.
