Sebastian Dettmers

Sebastian Dettmers has been CEO of The Stepstone Group, one of the leading digital recruiting platforms, since January 2020. Previously, he was responsible for the company's European business for several years and held various positions at Axel Springer SE. Dettmers holds a doctorate from the University of Münster, where he began his career as a research assistant to Professor Heribert Meffert. The Stepstone Group employs around 3,000 people worldwide and is active in over 10 countries, predominantly in Europe, the US and Africa.
