Sophia Tran is Founder & CEO of Spotlight! and supports up-and-coming digital start-ups across Germany and Europe. Through her work with founders, as an investor, and as the NRW State Spokesperson for the German Startup Association, she has a strong connection to the startup and innovation ecosystem and understands the needs of early-stage companies. She is also a member of the advisory board for the Young Digital Economy in North Rhine-Westphalia, where she contributes to initiatives that strengthen the region’s digital and entrepreneurial landscape. Sophia regularly exchanges ideas with entrepreneurs, investors and technology leaders and travels internationally to explore emerging trends and innovations. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, she frequently speaks and moderates at international tech conferences. She also belongs to Top 30 European Tech Influencers sharing insights on startups, innovation and the future of technology across social media, her blog and television formats such as Galileo and Abenteuer Leben.
