For over ten years, as CEO, I have been shaping the development of the Härtha Group, a leading provider of surface technology and heat treatment. In doing so, I have played a key role in driving the transformation of what were once craft-based companies into a modern, internationally oriented industrial group. Today, the group comprises 13 locations in Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands.

My entrepreneurial focus is on sustainable growth, creating long-term corporate value, and actively shaping transformation. My way of thinking is shaped by many years of international experience in the U.S., Canada, and England, as well as by creativity, courage, and strategic intuition.
