Theresa Locker is a German journalist and technology editor specializing in investigative research on cyber topics, digitalization, defence, space and security. Since 2024, she has been working as an editor at Tagesspiegel Background, after previously working for Tagesschau, Vice/Motherboard, the investigative team at Spiegel, and the news agency AFP. She is the co-author of the non-fiction book “Report Darknet,” and has contributed to several major Netflix productions based on her research.
