Thomas Oehl

Tommy (Thomas) Oehl is one of the Founding Partners of Vsquared Ventures. He built Vsquared’s predecessor fund Vito Ventures as one of its Managing Partners, investing in Deep Tech companies for the past 8 years. Before joining the venture world, Tommy founded his first company in university and successfully exited it in 2013. He then joined Uber as one of the company’s first employees in Germany. A beer brewer by training and techie by heart he enjoys discovering new technologies and companies that can revolutionize their markets and to focus on the operational aspects of building these new organizations to pave the way with and for founders and fulfill their vision. Aside from Brewing Science, Tommy studied Business Administration in Munich. When he is not busy hunting for deals, you’ll find him surfing at Munich’s riverside spot Eisbach or challenging himself and others at Muay Thai.
