Thomas Pfiester is a Member of the Extended Board of SAP SE, leading SAP’s Customer Engagement and Adoption organization within the Customer Value Group board area. He oversees a global team of more than 20,000 employees focused on accelerating the adoption of SAP solutions and innovations.
Thomas helps customers modernize their landscapes to clean core SAP Cloud ERP embedded with SAP Business AI and Joule. By aligning service delivery with the SAP Services and Support portfolio and Premium Engagement expertise, combined with SAP Business Data Cloud and the integrated toolchain, he champions a value driven approach that accelerates adoption, turns insights into actions with AI and trusted business data, and delivers tangible business outcomes.
With over 20 years in the software industry, Thomas is committed to ensuring customers achieve measurable results from their digital transformation initiatives. Since joining SAP in 2006, he has held multiple leadership roles across large, diverse teams driving business results for customers.
Thomas holds a master’s degree in Science from Middlesex University and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Sciences from Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society. He is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
