Victoria Ossadnik is Member of the Management Board of E.ON SE since April 2021. From April 2018 to March 2021 Victoria held the position CEO of EON'S German Sales business. Victoria joined EON from Microsoft where she was Vice President for Microsoft Enterprise Services Delivery; Data & AI. Prior to this role she led the German Services Organization for Microsoft. Before Microsoft she managed by Oracle the Technology Consulting business as Vice President for Northern Europe. Before this she held various management positions at CSC and SCANLAB, a German laser technology start up. . In addition to her role at E.ON, she serves on the Supervisory Board of Munich Re and as a Non-Executive Director at Linde plc. Victoria holds a Ph.D. in Quantum Optics from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich.
