Capturing your data
When entering the rooms for master classes / workshops / side events, our partners will ask for your consent to record your data by scanning your name badge. The data recorded (first name / surname / company / e-mail address) will subsequently be made available to the partners.
If you do not agree to this, please let us know in advance by sending an e-mail to hello@tech-europe.org. Of course, you can also disagree on site.

Photography and filming
Photographs and films will be taken during the event. These may be used by the organiser and/or partners of the event as part of event reporting and for public relations and advertising purposes and may be passed on for publication in print media, online media (e.g. website, social media) and to press and media representatives.

All participants will receive access to Picdrop and can use the photos selected there for posts on their social networks, e.g. LinkedIn, stating the copyright (TECH by HANDELSBLATT MEDIA GROUP GmbH) + hashtag #TECH. If you do not agree to this, we ask you to object in writing in advance of the event or at least at check-in.
