We are launching a year-round series of high-level, invitation-only meetups that bring the TECH Community together for personal, solution-oriented exchange between our flagship conference and our digital formats: The TECH Barcamp.

Our first event in the TECH Barcamp format will take place on 7 October 2026 in Munich - together with our partner BCG - and we are pleased to invite you exclusively to join us.

This evening is designed for the TECH Community to connect face to face with peers, exchange ideas, and continue the conversations that matter. Expect a focused, high-quality crowd and plenty of time for networking in a relaxed setting.

• 5:15 p.m.: Arrival & registration

• 5:30 p.m.: Welcome drink / aperitif 

• 6:05 p.m.: Keynote on BCG’s Fashion Tech Report by Christian Kirschniak (BCG) and Oliver Kirsch (BCG) 

• 6:25 p.m.: Barcamp – presentation of three challenges or focus topics from the report, followed by a discussion round

• 7:05 p.m.: Presentation of key messages and learnings by the table captains 

• 7:30 p.m.: Closing remarks by TECH by Handelsblatt and BCG, delivered by Dale Rickert (TECH) and Christian Kirschniak (BCG) 

• 7:35 p.m.: Finger food & networking 

• 9:00 p.m.: End of event
