Alexander Matthey is CTO at Parloa, leading its engineering and IT teams. Before joining, he spent ten years in leadership roles at Adyen, a fintech platform serving brands like Amazon, Apple, and Spotify. Rising to CTO, he scaled Adyen’s tech team from 250 to 1,500 and expanded its global hubs. His leadership helped Adyen process €970 billion in 2023. Previously, he was CTO at Glossybox, an e-commerce beauty subscription service. At Parloa, he drives innovation and scales its AI platform.
