Florian Peter

Florian Peter is a partner at Bridgemaker GmbH, an independent corporate venture builder based in Berlin. Together with established companies, he develops and scales new, standalone business models—from the initial idea through to market readiness. He is responsible for sales, strategic consulting for major industrial clients, as well as the design, fundraising, and operational implementation of venture studios. These include the Maritime Ventures Studio, operated in partnership with CDP Venture Capital and Cariplo Factory, as well as the Resilience & Defence Technology Venture Studio, launched in February 2026 with PwC Germany and Segenia Capital. Prior to Bridgemaker, Florian spent over two decades developing digital business models and growth strategies for corporations and mid-sized companies in Europe and the U.S.—including at McKinsey & Company and Google for Entrepreneurs. He is a sought-after sparring partner for executive boards and innovation leaders when it comes to building viable new companies from corporate resources rather than merely engaging in innovation theater.
