This workshop guides participants through the essential process of Problem Framing, using the proven Bridgemaker Framework to analyze specific business challenges and their organizational requirements. We will explore the full spectrum of engagement models - ranging from simple Venture Clienting and strategic investments to building new ventures and launching dedicated Accelerator tracks. Participants will learn how to distinguish these approaches and identify which strategy offers the highest probability of success for their unique situation.
