Lisa Gradow is a serial entrepreneur and active angel investor from Heilbronn, Germany. At 17, she founded her first company, and while studying law and working at Scalable Capital, she co-founded Usercentrics at age 22. Usercentrics has since become the global leader in Privacy Consent Management, profitable, and is almost a unicorn. In 2022, she launched Fides – an AI-driven Governance Workflow Automation platform for Entity and Board Management backed by Sequoia and the Rolex Family Office. Clients include Allianz, Mutares, and Faber-Castell. Lisa has also supported 15 startups as an angel investor and has just been named in the Forbes 30 under 30 list in 2025.
