Louisa Desel

Dr. Louisa Desel combines technological innovation with deep industry expertise in plastics manufacturing. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of OSPHIM, she is driving the digital transformation of industrial production with a particular focus on the application of artificial intelligence in manufacturing processes. She studied Industrial Engineering at Technical University of Munich and earned her doctorate from RWTH Aachen University, specializing in regenerative orientation and sustainable transformation processes in organizations. Prior to founding OSPHIM, she worked for several years as a management consultant at Roland Berger, advising clients across the industrial goods, automotive, and software sectors. Combining scientific expertise, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial leadership, she actively shapes the future of intelligent and sustainable industrial production.
