Paulo Kalkhake

Paulo Kalkhake is Project Lead at the Senate Chancellery of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg. He heads GovTecHH, Germany's first public venture client unit, which aims to enhance collaboration with start-ups and expedite the testing of innovative solutions. Prior to this role, Paulo worked in various federal ministries, advising on regulatory and economic challenges related to digital transformation. He holds a Master's degree from the Hertie School of Governance.
