Stephanie Holdt

Stephanie Holdt works since more than 25 years in the industrial goods & automotive sector and studied International Business & Finance. Since 2022 she serves as a Chief Financial Officer & Member of the Voith board of directors. She is responsible for the Financial Management for all Voith operations, including Tax, Insurance, Treasury, FP&A, NPM Purchasing and Accounting and Global Shared Services for the Business Units, managing teams in North- and South America, Europe, and Asia.

To that, she leads the strategy and digital transformation of the corporate shared services, finance functions and support of the business divisions to drive profitable growth and improve profitability long-term. Prior to joining Voith Group, Stephanie worked for Knorr Bremse, BMW and Knauf.

Since 2024, Stephanie Holdt is Member of the Supervisory Board at Bechtle.
