Hartmut Müller

Hartmut Mueller is a Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow, helping our customers drive and succeed with enterprise transformation. He is a technophile and seasoned leader trained in agile and systems thinking who has gained experience over years of transforming mid- to large-scale global organizations. Hartmut has worked across industries, at consultancies, systems integrators, and product companies. He led and transformed the IT Technology Organization for Mercedes-Benz Group AG. Prior, he served as Senior Vice President, CIO for T-Systems and CIO for Deutsche Telekom AGs Business Customer segment building platforms and driving digitization of core processes. Earlier in his career, he held management positions at T-Systems, debis Systemhaus, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Hartmut is a visionary, outcomes-focused thought leader. Additionally, he drives activities in the areas of cultural transformation, integrity (ESG), and green IT.
