Schwarz Digits Masterclass: How can companies and authorities become digitally sovereign?
Holger Schell is a Senior Managing Director and since 2023 Head of Software Engineering within the Schwarz IT, part of Schwarz Digits. Schwarz Digits is the IT and digital division of Schwarz group, offering compelling digital products and services that meet Germany’s high data protection standards and thus guarantees the greatest possible digital sovereignty. Before joining the Schwarz Group in 2015 he served for a decade different companies as a Business and Technology consultant. From 2015 till 2022 he hold various leading positions within the BI, AI and Data domain at the Schwarz Group.
Holger’s focus is all about delivering high value software products and platforms in all means, reaching from Full-Stack over Business Platform Development like SAP, Low-Code, Touchpoint or Mobile native development to Data & (Gen-)AI products - ideally cloud-native and even more preferred on Schwarz Group’s own cloud offering STACKIT. Ath the moment his main focus is on optimizing Software Engineering in the era of Software and (Gen)AI related to optimizing the Software delivery value chain. He is enthusiastic about delivering customer value in line with the different business strategies and models with Lidl and Kaufland for stationary and online retail business, Schwarz Production within the industrial production segment and PreZero for waste- and recycling management.
