Prof. Dr. Katharina Hölzle

Prof. Dr. Katharina Hölzle is the Director of the Institute for Human Factors Engineering and Technology Management IAT of the University of Stuttgart and Managing Director of the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering IAO.  She is the Chief Technology Advisor to the Minister of Economic Affairs, Labor, and Tourism Baden-Württemberg.

Her research focuses on the triple jump of people, technology, and organization. She researches, for example, the human-robot interface, the design and implementation of digital transformation (especially the influence of AI and Robotics technologies), and the development of technology ecosystems.
