Since January 2025, Maximilian Godelmann has been a member of the management team at GODELMANN GmbH & Co. KG, where he contributes to strategic planning and leads cross-departmental projects. His focus lies in fostering collaboration across teams and driving innovation while remaining grounded in the company's core values. From 2022 to 2024, he worked as a student trainee, gaining practical experience in key areas such as marketing, sales, and operations. During this time, he actively supported the implementation of new ideas and contributed to daily business activities. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Munich University of Applied Sciences (2024)
