As ServiceNow’s Chief Strategy Officer, Hala Zeine leverages her extensive experience in the software industry to lead the company’s corporate strategy and business development initiatives. Hala joins ServiceNow from Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, where she served as Managing Director in Portfolio Operations, overseeing software investments. In this role, Hala played a key role in driving growth and innovation for its portfolio companies. She led due diligence for hundreds of potential investments and actively supported invested companies in optimizing their product and engineering functions to achieve greater success.
Prior to her tenure at Blackstone, Hala was the Chief Product Officer at Celonis, a Germany-based global software firm. Prior to Celonis, she spent nearly two decades at SAP in various executive roles, including business development and leadership of the Digital Supply Chain product business.
Hala holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from Bentley University.
