Philipp Schröder is the CEO and Co-Founder of 1KOMMA5°, the New Energy company from Hamburg. As the former Managing Director of Tesla Germany and sonnen, he is one of the most prominent figures in the European energy transition. His vision: To live on wind and sunlight forever for free. Founded in Hamburg in 2021, 1KOMMA5° is the one-stop shop for intelligent, integrated energy solutions in seven markets worldwide. In 2022, the company completed the largest CleanTech Series A in Europe, and in 2023 1KOMMA5° achieved “unicorn” status with a valuation of over one billion euros. By 2030, Schröder aims to convert over 1.5 million buildings to a climate-friendly energy supply.
